Clé de Peau Beauté was founded in Japan in 1982 with the mission to forge new frontiers in advanced skin cell science. Based upon decades of research and with a sophisticated combination of cutting-edge Japanese technology and precious ingredients, scientists unlocked the power of Skin Intelligence – skin’s innate ability to distinguish between good and bad stimuli to achieve and maintain its ideal condition.

An uncompromising commitment to excellence. Ever-evolving, never settling, staying at the leading edge of innovation. Seeking out some of the greatest masters in the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship. In our obsession with perfection.

Now the prestige, Shiseido-owned, skincare brand Clé de Peau Beauté updates its iconic high-performance face cream, La Crème. Clé de Peau Beauté’s classic was first launched in 1982, and it came with a promise to work in every layer of the skin to tighten, brighten, and reduce the appearance of the signs of aging.

The original recipe had been constantly evolving, with each new version more potent and sophisticated than the earlier ones. The latest discoveries from Clé de Peau Beauté’s ongoing research are always distilled in the each new version, making the latest one also the best.

A high-performance cream that incorporates key scientific discoveries about skin and promotes optimal conditions for the skin’s natural beauty cycle and the achievement of a youthful look. Delivers positive results instantly upon application. Maximises radiance.

The revisited classic is founded on a unique insight of Skin Intelligence, which is the ability of the skin to distinguish between good and bad stimuli, and transfer information between the cells. The new formulation incorporates the yeast-derived CeraFerment Extract, which boosts skin’s ability to regenerate and regain its firmness. A special proprietary blend, the Skin-Empowering Illuminator, combines five key ingredients to enhance the skin’s ability to repair and defend against environmental factors: Platinum Golden Silk Essence, Japanese Pearl Shell Extract, Theanine, Perilla Extract, and Angelica Acutiloba Extract.

In total, this exceptionally rich and luxurious cream blends more than sixty carefully curated ingredients chosen for their ability to improve the appearance of the skin and make it visibly rejuvenated and denser in just 12 weeks. Faithful to the original, the new La Crème is presented in an exquisite jewel-like packaging.

The recrafted masterpiece is poised to launch in Spring/Summer 2020. In addition, Clé de Peau Beauté has, also, for the first time ever, launched in Europe. The brand, which is now available in 14 countries and regions, is retailing exclusively at London’s luxury department store Harrods. Come into the beautiful world of Clé de Peau.

Yakymour, home of Begum Om Habibeh Aga Khan, thè place in the mid 50's 'till the late 80's, where fashion, art, beauty and love meet each other, from all over the world.... Playing as a child in the garden of Yakymour was a happy, innocent time, thanx to ‘Grandma’ Yaky and to Sadruddin, where I could be fully myself and forget ‘the bad things’, and get some strenght. The Last 30 years working as cosmetologist and as a make-up artist for television, theatre, film, fotoshoots, fashion shows, celebrities and individuals gave me a trunk full of experience. My work brought me all over the world and had photoshoot's on location in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, India a.o. At this Blog you will find many reviews of cosmetics, fashion, art, and everything beautiful, as an ode to Begum Om Habibeh 'Yaky' Aga Khan, and named after the place where 'everything' was beautiful: Yakymour. You will find here all the in and outs about skincare, perfums, and make-up, the do's and don'ts, the why's and how's.... The stories behind, and some great interviews... So when you have any question.... please ask. Come on in.... feel yourself at home at Yakymour! Jean Amr P.S. My apologies for future grammatical errors. English is not my mother language :)
