Lamborghini V12 Vision Gran Turismo: You Can Drive It, Too

After Iso Rivolto Zagato has now another Italian carmaker delved deeper into the world of Gran Turismo Sport. The new Lamborghini V12 Vision Gran Turismo Concept was unveiled in real-life form in Monte Carlo, ahead of the 2019 FIA Certified Gran Turismo Championships World Finals, it was created by the automaker’s Centro Stile and will launch in the popular video game next spring.

Lamborghini is a very young brand, and this is why we are here today, to present our newest vision in the form of a real model, with a highly futuristic and cool design to be enjoyed by the young generation of racing game and super sports car enthusiasts.

Stefano Domenicali, Lamborghini CEO

Retaining the Italian automaker’s DNA, the show car boasts advanced aerodynamics that have defined the sharp creases, along with the large rear wing, Y-shaped lights at both ends and hexagon-inspired theme in the side windows inspired by the 1967 Marzal concept. The front wings are disconnected from the body and the driver has to enter and exit the car from the front, much in the same way as a jet fighter pilot.

Once inside the V12 Vision Gran Turismo, you will be seated in the middle, on the only seat available, and will grab hold of the futuristic steering wheel. All information is projected onto the windscreen.

For power, the Lamborghini V12 Vision Gran Turismo uses the same powertrain as the Sian FKP 37. This means that it combines a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 with a mild-hybrid system for a total output of 808 HP (819 PS / 602 kW), which in the limited-run Sian allows for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in under 2.8 seconds and a top speed in excess of 217 mph (350 km/h).

Was the Iso Rivolta Zagato Vision Gran Turismo available as a limited production run, the Lamborghini V12 Vision Gran Turismo would remain a one-off….. But who knows if you ask them sweet….

Come into the beautiful words of Lamborghini and Grand Turismo.

Yakymour, home of Begum Om Habibeh Aga Khan, thè place in the mid 50's 'till the late 80's, where fashion, art, beauty and love meet each other, from all over the world.... Playing as a child in the garden of Yakymour was a happy, innocent time, thanx to ‘Grandma’ Yaky and to Sadruddin, where I could be fully myself and forget ‘the bad things’, and get some strenght. The Last 30 years working as cosmetologist and as a make-up artist for television, theatre, film, fotoshoots, fashion shows, celebrities and individuals gave me a trunk full of experience. My work brought me all over the world and had photoshoot's on location in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, India a.o. At this Blog you will find many reviews of cosmetics, fashion, art, and everything beautiful, as an ode to Begum Om Habibeh 'Yaky' Aga Khan, and named after the place where 'everything' was beautiful: Yakymour. You will find here all the in and outs about skincare, perfums, and make-up, the do's and don'ts, the why's and how's.... The stories behind, and some great interviews... So when you have any question.... please ask. Come on in.... feel yourself at home at Yakymour! Jean Amr P.S. My apologies for future grammatical errors. English is not my mother language :)
